Special Conditions
From October 24, 2005 to December 31, 2008 due to the ongoing development of the Jumeirah Beach area, guests may experience background noise in the external areas of the hotel. The land view rooms are overlooking the development site, and the sea view rooms may have a partial view to the development site. However, this work will not interfere with the hotel's services and facilities which are operating as normal.
Due to the continual development of Jumeirah Beach Residence in the area, directions to Sheraton Jumeira Beach Resort and Towers change often. Please call our reservations department at one of the following numbers to inquire about driving directions:

On December 31, 2008, the hotel will have a mandatory New Years Eve Gala. Dinner fees of AED 1400 (per person, inclusive of tax and service charge) will apply.
From September 1 to September 8, 2008, the swimming pool will be closed for maintenance. The area surrounding the pool will also be closed; however, the beach area will continue to operate as normal.
