Guests can check in/out at The Aspens 24 hour check-in/out facility located at 4800 Spearhead Drive 604-932-7222. Please note: The Aspens check-in / out facility will be closed May 5 une 9, 2008 inclusive. Guests need to check in at the Glacier Lodge, 24 hour check-in / out facility at 4573 Chateau Blvd. (604-905-0518ResortQuest at Aspens on Blackcomb offers the intimate feeling of a ski lodge together with the privacy of a family home. The condominium lodge offers the ultimate in ski-in / ski-out convenience to Blackcombs lower cruiser run and access to the Wizard Chair. All guest accommodation consists of spacious one bedroom or two bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens and gas fireplaces in the living room. Ski lockers are available at the lodge. While guests in the winter months can enjoy phenomenal access to skiing all our guests can enjoy the spacious swimming pool with two nearby hot tubs. A large slopeside hot tub is also available. A small fitness center with step/cycling machines is available for guests. Nearby guests in all seasons will find fantastic restaurans and wonderful shops and boutiques. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Hotel Policy
- Cancel Policy: Cancel more than 7 days prior to arrival forfeit the deposit. Within 7 days - forfeit the full amount. Responsible for all nights reserved, regardless of arrival or departure. Winter - 30 days prior to arrival, Christmas - 45 days prior to arrival.
- Guarantee Policy: One nights room rate plus tax and entire 5 percent reservation fee (plus applicable taxes) is charged as a deposit at the time of booking and is completely non-refundable. Balance is due prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
