Guests check-in/out at the Town Plaza located at 4314 Main St. 604-966-0999 between 9am to 9pm Sunday thru Wednesday 8am to 12am Thursday thru Saturday.After hours check-in/out facility for ResortQuest guests until 4am call 604-698-0193 otherwise check-in at Glacier Lodge located at 4573 Chateau Blvd. 604-905-0518.ResortQuest at Town Plaza Suites is located in the heart of Whistlers pedestrian village and is just a short walk to village ski lifts and Whistler conference center. Condominiums are located on the second and third floors with shops and restaurants below.Guest accommodation includes one- and two-bedroom condominium suites each with fully equipped kitchens en suite clothes washer/dryers and gas fireplaces.The condominium offers access to an exercise room and indoor hot tub. Full concierge service is available including discounted lift tickets. Secure heated underground parking is available for a fee. All of whistlers many attractions including skiing golfing fine dining shops and boutiques and nightclubs are nearby. Resortquest at Town Plaza Suites adventure relaxation endless enjoyment.Other information Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Starting Point: YVR - Vancouver Check-in Location - Guests check in at ResortQuest at Town Plaza Suites at 4314 Main Street. This check in location is open 8 AM to 12 AM Sunday to Saturday. For guests arriving after hours the check in location is ResortQuest at Aspens Glacier Lodge at 4573 Chateau Blvd which is open 24 hours per day.
From YVR AirportTurn right onto McConanchi Way. Go across Arthur Laing bridge. Exit to Granville Street then left on Georgia Street which leads across Lions Gate Bridge. Exit bridge at the Highway 99 North to Whistler. Turn right on Village Gate Boulevard then left onto Northlands Boulevard and right on Main Street.Directions to After Hours Check-in location-Follow signs through the city to Horseshoe Bay. Take Hwy 99 N to Whistler. Turn right on Lorimer Road. Turn right on Blackcomb Way. Go 1/2 block and the hotel is on the left.

Hotel Policy
- Cancel Policy: Cancel more than 7 days prior to arrival forfeit the deposit. Within 7 days of arrival - forfeit full amount. Responsible for all nights reserved, regardless of arrival or departure. Winter - 30 days prior to arrival, Christmas - 45 days prior to arrival.
- Guarantee Policy: One night's room rate plus tax and entire 6 percent reservation fee- plus applicable taxes- is charged as a deposit at the time of booking and is completely non-refundable. Balance is due prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
