Spacious luxuriously decorated two-bedroom two-bathroom condominiums feature complete at home comfort. The master bedroom has either 1 king or 1 queen bed while the second bedroom has either 1 queen bed or 2 twin beds. A bunk bed alcove is available in some units and is suitable for children. The separate living also has a sleeper sofa and a VCR for enjoying complimentary videos. The fully equipped kitchen has all major appliances including microwave-coffee maker-toaster-blender-dishes-and cooking utensils. An ensuite clothes washer/dryer add to the convenience. The large balcony off the living room has gulf views. Approx. 1388 sq ft.

Hotel Policy
- Cancel Policy: CXL received prior to arrival- regardless of date prior to arrival- will forfeit the original 10 pct dep as well as the 5 pct res fee. NO-SHOW POLICY Guests who no show for their res will forfeit the original 10 pct dep as well as the 5 pct res fee.
- Guarantee Policy: All res require a dep of 10 pct of the total stay cost together with a 5 pct res fee. A charge will be placed against the guests CC at the time of res. The balance of will be paid upon check-in together with a 25USD or 50USD damage waiver fee is required.
