Property Description
The ResortQuest at Waters Edge is a low-rise condominium resort on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach. The resort's location on Okaloosa Island puts it within easy reach of the island's beach parks - fishing pier - shopping - dining and entertainment district. All condominiums are spacious and offer either one or two bedrooms together with fully equipped kitchens. When guests are not enjoying the soft sand beach and our complimentary beach services during the summer, they can relax by the resort's two swimming pools or work out in the fully equipped fitness center. Two charcoal barbeque grills are also available for a special cook-out. The ResortQuest at Water's Edge - A vacation here is sure to relax and revive.Other Information – Additional Facility and Reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information. Spacious one bedrrom-two bathroom condominiums have all the comforts of home including fully equipped kitchens and washer/dryer. The bedroom has one king bed or one queen bed while the living room has a sleeper sofa. Aditional bedding is available for children in the bunk bed alcove. Kitchen includes all major appliances as well as microwave-coffeemaker-blender-dishes-and cooking utensils. The living room offers a vcr on which to enjoy the free video rentals. The washer/dryer units add to the convenience. A large balcony overlooks the courtyard and the beautiful gulf coast. Approximately 803 sq. ft.
