Property Description
The ResortQuest at High Pointe is a luxurious low-rise condominium resort on Florida's scenic gulf coast. The resort overlooks the beautiful white sand beaches for which the area is famous. The resort's condominiums are luxuriously appointed two-bedroom/2 bathroom units complete with a full kitchen - washer and dryer - and accommodation for up to eight guests. Visitors will enjoy the lush tropical landscaping and waterfall around the lagoon pool as well as the tennis courts - children's playground - shuffleboard - and barbeque grills. The on-site Senor Mojitos offers a relaxing location for a meal or a tropical beverage during the summer months. Guests from April to September receive one complimentary drink at the bar each day. All of the areas many beaches - nature preserves - art galleries - and shopping are within a short drive's distance. The ResortQuest at High Pointe - A vacation here is sure to relax and revive.Other Information - Additional Facility and Reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individuals making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information. Luxurious two bedroom two bathroom condominiums with large balconies overlooking tropical pool and the gulf of mexico. Bedrooms have 1 king/1 queen/or 2 twin beds as well as a sleeper sofa in the separate living room. Guests can enjoy free video rentals on the vcr. The fully equipped kitchen has all major appliances as well as coffeemaker - toaster - blender - dishes - and cooking utensils. The condo also has the convenience of an ensuite washer/dryer.
