16 Floors. Total number of guestrooms: 354 (none with Jacuzzis). Available on request: cribs, extra blankets and pillows, foam pillows, foreign adapters, refrigerator -additional fee applicable, rollaways -additional fee applicable, turndown service, VCR -additional fee applicable, ADA accessible rooms. Restrictions: Rooms with 2 double beds do NOT allow rollaways.
- Deluxe Room - approx. 362 square feet
Comfortable rooms. All rooms have either a love seat or easy chair. In-room amenities include: Alarm clock radio, bath amenities, bathrobes, cable color television, coffee maker, complimentary USA Today, dataport/modem, desk, express check-in/check-out, foam or feather pillows, hairdryer, hotel/city guides, in-room movies -additional fee applicable, individual climate control, iron/ironing board, Lodgenet system, luggage holder, mini bar, oversized private baths, two direct dial telephones, video messaging, voice mail, wakeup service, Wireless High Speed Internet Access -additional fee may be applicable.

Executive king rooms have all the same amenities as a deluxe with 1 King Bed. Executive Kings have a sitting area. There is not a door separating the two areas. Each Executive is surrounded by windows with either a full or partical view of the St. Johns River. These are corner rooms, 2 on each floor.
- Junior Executive Suite - approx. 1,086 square feet
Junior executive suites have all the same amenities as a deluxe room. These suites feature a separate parlor/sitting room with a small conference table with 4 chairs, a love seat, two chairs. The suite also has 2 bathrooms and two bedrooms. This suite must be booked with the hotel directly.
- Presidential Suite - approx. 1,568 square feet
