Deluxe Suites are oversized Suites lavishly appointed with exquisite decor, offering a wealth of creature comforts. Newly renovated guest Suites evoke a classic design with hues of emerald, claret and topaz. Accented by furnishing of burnished leather, rich mahogany and woven tapestries, modern amenities will make a stay special. - Superior Suite - approx. 400 square feet
Superior Suites are corner suites with 1 King bed and a sofabed. They have all the same amenities as a Deluxe Suite and are located on each corner of the hotel with large windows and sweeping city views. These rooms all have a DVD player.
- Premium Suite - approx. 400 square feet
Premium Suites have all the same amenities as Deluxe Suites and have 2 Double Beds and a sofabed.
- Executive Suite - approx. 538 square feet
Executive Suites have all the same amenities as a Deluxe Suite with a King bed. They feature stunning north and south views, modern amenities for the 21st century traveler, a spacious bath a gametable and a sofabed.
- Governors Suite - approx. 832 square feet
Governors Suites have all the same amenities as a Deluxe Suite plus a parlor. The parlor area includes a living room with sofa and chairs and a dining room table with 6 chairs. There is one and a half baths with a deluxe marble bath in the bedroom and a half bath off the foyer. The wet bar area comes with full size refrigerator, sink, servi-bar items and coffee maker. The parlor area windows face East and North for a view of Michigan Avenue. Optional premium suite with two double beds can connect to this room type. Located on floors 22, 23, and 24.
- Presidential Suite - approx, 1,132 square feet
This suite, located on the 25th floor, has all the same amenities of a Deluxe Suite and features spectacular lake and city views. The suite includes a king bed, a Chicago skyline view, black marble bathroom, a two person soaker tub in the bathroom, large screen plasma television, a living room with a grand piano, a dining table that seats 8. Microwave is available upon request.
