The carver will serve your meat selection from a variety of choices. Fresh Leg of Lamb is our specialty, and is always available, along with premium Roast Turkey, Ham, and Roast Beef. Other meat selections change daily, such as Liver & Onions, Stuffed Peppers, Beef Tips, Meatloaf, Fish, Chicken, etc., etc. Salad and vegetable choices always include seasonal items.At the table, your waitress serves a hot, garlic breadloaf, and offers beverage and dessert at an additional cost.Spectacular desserts are baked daily, such as Carrot Cake, Chocolate Cake, Coconut Cake, Rum Cake, Cheesecake and our fabulous Fudge Cake Sundae. Cobblers are fresh baked at every meal.
