From the airport, follow signs from terminal to I-26 East Charleston. Take I-26 East to 221A (Highway 17 South). Follow approximately 1 mile to intersection at Lockwood Drive. Lockwood Drive is the 6th light, and the turn is well marked, with large overhead signage. Turn right onto Lockwood Drive. Charleston Riverview Hotel is on the right, approximately 100 yards down.
