Property Description
Mediterranea features a 3,000 square foot lagoon pool with a poolside hot tub and a beautiful gulf view. Enjoy beautifully appointed interiors and spectacular gulf views from your private balconies. Visit the fitness facility or outdoor tennis courts for your daily work out. Family rentals only. No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and subject to eviction at check in. Evictions will forfeit all rental payments. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. All reservations require a credit card at the time of check in. There is a USD 55.00 plus tax non-refundable damage waiver payable at the time of check in. The check-in office is located at: 12815 Highway 98 West, Miramar Beach, FL, 32550. Check in is at 3pm-5pm. Check out is at 10am. Age required at check in is 25. Check in at Newman Dailey Corporate Office from Mid-Bay Toll Bridge- Turn left on Hwy 98. Go 2.5 miles. The Newman Dailey Office will be on the right in the Fountain Plaza, across from McDonalds. Please call 800-225-7625 before your arrival to Destin to gain access to the lock box codes. All after hour arrivals must stop by the front desk the following day.
