It is less than a mile from the Okaloosa County Airport and the Pensacola Regional Airport, five miles from Destin City, and 13 miles from the Okaloosa Walton College. All condominiums have beautiful views of the dazzling white-sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico from large private balconies. Condominiums are located in two low-rise buildings. The resort also offers a large outdoor pool, soft beaches, and barbecue grills. This condominium offers one bedroom and one and a half baths units or two-bedroom plus loft and two bath units as well as fully equipped kitchens. The convenience of the bunk bed alcoves are available in the one bedroom units. The condominium is equipped with two TVs, a VCR, and a DVD player. Cleaning fees include USD 92.24 for the one bedroom, USD 110.72 for the one bedroom with loft and USD 128.21 for the 2 bedroom with loft, collected at check-in.
