This family vacation resort is convenient to casual and fine dining restaurants, shopping at Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall or Destin Commons, and all the Emerald Coasts many attractions. The resort features spacious and beautifully decorated condominium apartments with stunning Gulf views. This resort features a multi-level indoor/outdoor pool-heated from October to March, as well as cascading waterfalls and hot tubs for relaxing. All guests must check-in next door at 1096 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, Florida, 32550 -Surfside Resort. From the check-in location guests will receive their keys, other check-in material, as well as driving directions to the ResortQuest Majestic Sun. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless occupied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break. Chaperoned groups are prohibited. Guests should be aware that there are renovations scheduled at the property from 10/13/08 through 3/6/09. Occasional resulting noise and isolated instances when access to facilities may be limited should be expected. Cleaning fees collected at check-in are USD 94.00 for 1 bed units, USD 111.00 for 2 bed units and USD 129.00 for 3 bed units. The check-in office is located at: 1098 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL, 32550. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am. Guests will receive keys, other check-in material, and driving directions to the ResortQuest Majestic Sun. Minimum age 25.
