Jade East offers free seasonal beach service, the FunTastic Program, which includes free daily amenities, and wireless Internet. Jade East is a non-smoking property. No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and subject to eviction at check in. Evictions will forfeit all rental payments. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. All reservations will require a credit card at the time of check in. There is a USD 55.00 plus tax non-refundable damage waiver payable at the time of check in. Please call 800-225-7652 before your arrival to Destin to gain access to the gate and lock box codes. All after hour arrivals must stop by the front desk the following day.
