At Oakwater, you are sure to find accommodations to suit your vacation needs. The residences range in size from 1,036 sq. ft. to 1,777 sq. ft. of living area and include a one-car garage. This contemporary themed resort community offers 5 distinctive designs, each well appointed with luxurious features. The clubhouse features a lagoon-style community pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a 4,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. Oakwater is a short drive to SeaWorld, Universal Studios, the Orlando Convention Center and local area attractions. Oakwater offers a family-friendly atmosphere and recreational activities to suit all ages. Each condo features a master suite with king or queen size bed, TV and a master bathroom. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV, VCR or DVD player and a washer and dryer. Some condos are available with game rooms that include billiards, table tennis and air hockey along with play stations for kids. In addition, many of our homes offer free long-distance calls and many of our homes offer high speed internet and we have computers available for rent. A damage waiver fee of 30.00 will be collected at check-in.
