The one bedroom fee is USD 94.00, the two bedroom fee is USD 111.00 and the three bedroom fee is USD 129.00. 10-20-08 through 11-30-08 pressure washing and exterior painting of the property, balcony access and views may be limited while each individual floor is being worked on.
