Cleaning fees will be collected at time of check-in and are as follows- Studio 76.00 USD 1 bedroom 94.00 USD 2 bedroom 111.00 USD 3 bedroom 129.00 USD The check-in office is located at: 790 Santa Rosa Blvd., Fort Walton Beach, FL, 32548. Minimum age required for check in is 25. Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is at 10am. Cleaning fees will be collected at time of check-in and are as follows- Studio 76.00 USD 1 bedroom 94.00 USD 2 bedroom 111.00 USD 3 bedroom 129.00 USD A lock box procedure is in place, guest will pick up courtesy phone that will call our call center directly. After verifying guests information the agent will give the guest the code for the lock box. The guest must return to the check in office the following morning to complete check in procedure.
