Property Description
Colina is a family-oriented community located in the heart of Los Suenos Resort. These two and three-bedroom residences offer 2,100 square feet of living space in a split-level design. Large covered terraces overlook the fairways of La Iguana golf course. Community amenities include two free-form swimming pools, childrens pool, Jacuzzi, shade palapas, barbeque areas and an air-conditioned gymnasium. Specialized property amenities include welcome basket, on-site internet cafe, and private on-site laundry facilities. Beach Access is available through the Central Beach Club at the resort. Cancellation policy: no refunds will be provided. However, we will gladly reschedule your stay if you are unable to adhere to your original reservation, subject to availability. This credit must be used within one year of the original check-in date.
