Property Description
The Del Mar condominiums overlook the 16th fairway of La Iguana golf course, Canablancal Creek and Herradura Bay. These west-facing residences provide the perfect vantage point from which to enjoy the famed sunsets of Costa Rica's Central Pacific Coast. Del Mar is conveniently located at the resort entrance, providing quick access to local attractions and nearby beach towns. Community amenities include three free-form swimming pools with Jacuzzis, shade palapas, barbeque areas, air-conditioned gymnasium and sand volleyball court. Specialized property amenities include welcome basket, on-site internet cafe, and private onsite laundry facilities. Beach Access is available through the Central Beach Club at the resort. Cancellation policy: no refunds will be provided. However, we will gladly reschedule your stay if you are unable to adhere to your original reservation, subject to availability. This credit must be used within one year of the original check-in date. Check In time is 3pm, check out time is 12pm. Check in is at Costa Rica Luxury Rentals office located in the Marina Village, next to Arco Azul Spa and Salon. At check-in, you are required to leave a 200 damage deposit, which will be returned to you upon the successful inspection of your rental unit. For all check ins after 12:00 am, and before 8:00 am, CRLR will leave a sealed envelope with keys, Beach club pass and Welcome Letter at the designated community guard gate of the condo you have chosen to rent, eg Del Mar 5B: DEL MAR GUARD GATE.
