Property Description
Guests of Los Suenos Resort and Marina enjoy all the world-class amenities. Within each gated community, you will find beautifully landscaped pool areas, jacuzzis and barbeque facilities. From your luxury condominium, it is merely a short walk or golf cart ride to the shops and restaurants. Specialized property amenities include welcome basket, on-site internet cafe, and private onsite laundry facilities. Beach Access is available through the Central Beach Club at the resort. Cancellation policy: no refunds will be provided. However, we will gladly reschedule your stay if you are unable to adhere to your original reservation, subject to availability. This credit must be used within one year of the original check-in date. Check In time is 3pm, check out time is 12pm. Check in is at Costa Rica Luxury Rentals office located in the Marina Village, next to Arco Azul Spa and Salon. At check-in, you are required to leave a 200 damage deposit, which will be returned to you upon the successful inspection of your rental unit. For all check-ins after 12:00 am, and before 8:00 am, CRLR will leave a sealed envelope with keys, Beach club pass and Welcome Letter at the designated community guard gate of the condo you have chosen to rent, eg: Bay Residences 5B: BAY RESIDENCES GUARD GATE.
