Emergency contact after hours is 1-866-920-3906. Guests must call 1-800-995-9321 or 407-846-1722 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to complete the guest registration form to receive lockbox information and directions to the vacation home. Guests will not be able to check-in without completing the guest registration form prior to arrival. The check-in office is located at: 3459 Vine St., Kissimmee, FL, 34741. Check-in is at 3459 W Vine St. Office hours are Mon. - Fri. 8AM to 7PM and Sat. 8AM to 5PM. Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. Guests must call 1-800-995-9321 or 407-846-1722 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to complete the registration form to receive lockbox information and directions.
