Having lead the flavours of venues such as Fanny’s, Donlevy’s, Cottage Point in Sydney and most recently the Sheraton in Hong Kong, Adrian has brought the best of his global experience home with an international, crisp menu which is seasonally produce driven. Level 2 offers an architectural space as transparent as its menu, with a simple design narative of the Adelphi's theme. Available for functions and conferences, Level 2 is a space flexible to accommodate various events and special occassions. The restaurant is open seven days a week, for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7:00 am to 10:00pm Monday to Friday, and 7:30am to 11:30pm Saturday and Sunday. Room service available.
- Level 2 @ Adelphi:
The Level 2 @ Adelphi Restaurant/Bar is available for table reservations or exclusive private bookings in the evenings, and offers an individual space with complete flexibility. We are able to cater for corporate events, birthdays, weddings, product launches or any other type of function you may require, with a capacity to sit 45 guests and 90 guests as cocktail style. There are no present menus for selection, or function itineraries. We rather work with you personally to design the space and an individual menu in accordance with your needs.
- Ezard at Adelphi:
Teage Ezard began his career approximately 21 years ago and has since established himself as highly respected chef within the industry, having been awarded Chef of the Year, by The Age Good Food Guide in 2003 and further to the first publication of his book, 'ezard'. His restaurant 'ezard at adelphi' has also received numerous awards consistently every year since its establishment in 1999. Teage terms his definitive food “Australian free style”, with the primary although by no means only, influences the cuisines of Asia, particularly China and Thailand. The restaurant's atmosphere is warm, intimate and inviting and offers dinner packages to Adelphi guests as well as caters for special dinners and events. ezard at adelphi is open from 12:30pm to 2:30pm and 6:00pm to 10:30pm Monday to Friday and 6:00pm to 10:30pm on Saturdays.
