La Costa Resort and Spa has just concluded a top-to-bottom, multi-million-dollar redevelopment. It now sports a brand new spa (Spa at La Costa with the Yamaguchi Salon), completely remodeled guest rooms, a new Clubhouse with a fitness center, a new ballroom (Costa Del Sol Ballroom), and two new restaurants (Legends and Rancho Grill). La Costa's two championship golf courses have also been enhanced. The entire resort, linked by walkways and washed in color by lush vegetation and gardens, enjoys a village-like ambience.
