The hotel is in a quite area, surrounded by a private garden overlooking the lake, only 10 minutes from the main square of Pallanza, and 100 meters from the lake beach. The surrounding area feature important monuments like the Palazzo Viani - Dugnani, residence of the Landscape Museum and the 16th century church of Madonna di Campagna, and gardens Villa San Remigio, Villa Giulia, and the most appreciated botanic gardens of Villa Taranto.
