From M62 turn onto the M606. At the end of the M606 at the 1st roundabout (circle) take the 3rd exit for A650. Go through a further 2 roundabouts, from here continue for 1 mile straight on until you pass an industrial prk on your left. You will approch numerous car dealerships and just before the bridge take the road that forks to the left. At the Honda Garage turn left into Queens Road, then right at the next set of traffic lights. Oak Avenue is the second turn on the left, and hotel is just up on the right hand side.
