We are located in the heart of downtown Monterey, only 2 blocks from Fisherman's Wharf, one block from the Convention Center and a short distance to the worl famous Montery Bay Aquarium on John Steinbeck's Historic Connery Row. The hotel has been part of the history of Monterey since 1904. In 1996 the Monterey Hotel was refurbished, restructured, and decorated to fit the style of the Victorian era. Amenities included with each room are continental breakfast, afternoon cookies and daily newspaper delivery. Our convenient location, meeting facilities, and friendly, knoweldgeable staff are just a few of the services we have for our special guests. Valet parking is available for $15.00 per day from 7am-11pm daily. Our professional staff is available to provide you information on our area, maps, directions, dinner and attraction accomodations.
