Property Description
- Built in 1907 by Italian stonemasons Hotel La Rose is one of the Historic Hotels of America. The hotel was registered on the National Trust for Historic Places and renovated in 1985. Improvements are ongoing and you will find conveniences in all 47 guestrooms such as two-line telephones with voicemail and data ports- high-speed internet access- cable televisions- marble and brass bathrooms- some with whirlpool tubs- 19 rooms surrounding the rose garden courtyard each have their own private patio or balcony- and all 47 rooms are individually decorated in the style of a European Bed and Breakfast. You may choose from 10 award-winning restaurants- including Josefs Restaurant and Bar in our lobby- all located within three blocks of the hotels front door. Situated northwest of the intersection of Highway 101 and Highway 12- Hotel La Rose is a convenient gateway to all of Sonoma County.
Each of our guests comes to the Hotel La Rose with particular needs and expectations- and it is our purpose to fulfill them. With two different- but equally well-appointed facilities- we are able to offer our guests a choice of the Main Buildings historic elegance and charm or the airy ambience of the Carriage House.
At Hotel La Rose our four conference rooms are all designed to exceed your meeting needs. All rooms have independent environmental controls- telephones and multiple electrical connections to serve state of the art audio-visual equipment. To reach the hotel from Highway 101, take the Downtown Santa Rosa exit, head west at Fourth Street and turn right on Wilson Street. The hotel is located between Fourth and Fifth Streets to your right.
- Business Services:
A portable lap top withe hi-speed internet access can be delicered to your room upon request. The charge for this service is $5 per hour or $20 a day. Copy and fax services available. Copies $0.10 per page. Fax $1.00 per page. International faxes will have time and charges from operator added.

The Santa Rosa Plaza and several antique shops are within 3 blocks from the hotel.
- Meetings:
We offer three different sized meeting rooms. The largest is the Comstock room 700 square feet, max capacity - 60. The second largest is the McDonald room 484 square feet, max capacity - 40. The smallest room is the Fitch room 420 square feet, max capacity - 30. All rooms have independent environmental controls, telephones and multiple electrical connections to serve state of the are audio- visual equipment. Josefs Restaurant can cater to your every culinary desire. Everything needed for your meeting or conference can be handled without ever leaving the hotel.

All day passes are availabe at the front desk to Gold's Gym for $2.50. Gold's Gym is within walking distance from the hotel.

Josef's offers hotel guests a 15% savings off your dinner, excluding room service orders. Coupons available at the front desk.
- Local Transportation:
For car rentals the hotel goes through Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They will drop off the car to you at the hotel and when you are done just leave the keys at the front desk and they will come and pick it up. We do also provide coplimentary rides to and from the Santa Rosa stop for Sonoma County Airport Express. Rides must be re arranged through the front desk.

The Santa Rosa Convention and Visitors Bureau is located right across the street from the hotel.
- Parking Information:
Parking for registration is located directly in front of the hotel, for your convenience. Guest parking is available in the hotel's private lot and is complimentary. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
