This 16th century building, transformed at the beginning of the 1900s into a hotel, has again been recently renovated, considering the actual needs of todays modern traveller while taking care to maintain its Venetian charm. The main entrance is located beside a typical Venetian canal which allows for a pleasurable and convenient arrival by water taxi or traditional gondola. How to reach our hotel from the train station-- By private water taxi-- it takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel -we have a private water entrance-- the price up to 3 persons is roughly 60 Euro for the trip- bags included-- Please advise the taxi driver to come directly to the hotel entrance--- By public waterbus-- take the public boat -waterbus- -VAPORETTO- number 1 from the railway station to S Marco landing stage-- transfer time 45 minutes- price 5 Euro per person- plus 5 Euro per big bag--
From S Marco square it is a 5 minute walk to reach the hotel-- You should find public porterage service from the waterbus stop to the hotel between 8 AM and 5 PM- the charge is between 20 and 25 Euro depending on the number of bags-- On request we can organize private transfer- an assistant will be waiting for you at the beginning of the track with a board showing your name- escorting you by private water taxi to the Hotels water entrance
