Location
A modest well maintained 2 star hostal of 26 rooms located near Meridiana Avenue on the corner of Fabra i Puig Avenue close to the commercial centre of Heron City. An area with excellent transport links such as several bus lines; two metro stations Fabra i Puig line 1 and Pl Virrey Amat line 5 and suburban trains; Sant Andreu Arenal station connecting you fast and easily to the entire city and the suburbs.

Property Description
A modest well maintained 2 star hostal of 26 rooms which has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel at ease along with our friendly staff who will assist you with everything you require to ensure your stay is a most enjoyable experience. All our rooms have a simple private bathroom; TV; radio; air conditioning and heating. Most of them are overlooking the street but there are also rooms overlooking the courtyard. The hotel does not have parking however there is a car park close to hotel and costs approximately 30 EUR per 24h. Additional Information; Children age 12 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right to without prior notification cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

Starting Point: BCN-Barcelona Airport N, Head northeast and slight left towards C32B Carretera a l Aeroport and continue to follow Carretera a l Aeroport then take the ramp to Barcelona-Ronda de alt-Tarragona-Lleida-Girona and merge onto C32. Continue on B-20 Ronda de Dalt. Take exit 4 and head towards Tunel de la Rovira and merge onto Passeig de la Vall d Hebron at Placa de Karl Marx. Take the 1st exit onto Passeig de Valldaura and go straight over 1 roundabout then turn right at Carrer de Lluc and continue on Carrer dels Garrofers. Continue slight right to stay on Carrer dels Garrofers then continue on Carrer de Rossello i Porcel. Turn right at Passeig d Andreu Nin then turn left at Avinguda de Rio de Janeiro. Turn right at Passeig de Fabra i Puig then turn right at Carrer de Manuel Sancho.
