Property Description
A 2 star family run hotel with an easy going and friendly atmosphere. The owner and his son are very friendly and will do their best to make your stay as easy and pleasant as possible. The hotel has been partly renewed and is located in a quite and nice area called Gracia only a few meters walk from Park Guell and very well connected to the historic centre by metro and bus. Ideal for couples; friends or families who prefer a quiet place to stay at an excellent price but with quality services. We also recommend you the delicious home made Catalan lunch menu at the hotel restaurant at a very affordable price. All rooms are nicely decorated and have the necessary facilities to make your stay comfortable. They are all equipped with air conditioning with heating function; comfortable beds; bathroom with hairdryer and thermic mirror; mini bar; cradle and TV. The hotel has 4 parking places that are available on request. The cost is 21.40 EUR per 24h. Alternatively there are two other parking areas next to the hotel at a cost of 25 EUR per 24h. Additional Information; Children age 2 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 3-12 pay 22 EUR per night. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right to without prior notification cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.
