Property Description
The management and the staff of the Hotel Espana warmly welcome you to Rome and hope you will have a pleasant stay. Our 2 star Hotel is located in an ancient Liberty Style building that has been recently renovated. It offers comfortable and well furnished accommodation and is the ideal place for tourists. Being close to the main train station-Termini you will easily find all possible facilities nearby. All major means of transport are reachable within a short walk from the hotel. Hotel Espana is located close to many of the most popular historic attractions like the Colosseum; Roman Forum; Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps to name a few. The hotel does not have on site parking but parking is available at our sister hotel Parker at a cost of 20 EUR per night. Additional Information; Children age 2 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 3-12 receive a 50 pct reduction when sharing with one or more adults. Children over this age will be considered an adult

Starting Point: A1 Milano-Roma-Napoli Highway By car from the highway A1 Milano-Roma-Napoli get onto the GRA-Grande Raccordo Anulare-once on the GRA get off at exit 16 Via Prenestina and head towards the centre-Centro. Continue on the Via Prenestina for about 20 minutes until you arrive at Piazza Porta Maggiore. Turn right onto Via di Porta Maggiore and continue until the first crossroads then turn left onto Viale Manzoni. The first street on your left hand side is Via Luzzati

From FCO-Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport you can take the train to Termini Station which takes around 40 minutes.
From Termini Railway station exit at the Manzoni stop. Walk on Via Statilia towards Piazza di Porta Maggiore. Before you reach the square turn left onto Via Luzzatti and you will find the hotel at number 21. Alternatively you can take bus number 105-Staz Ne Grotte Celoni and get off at the third stop Principe Eugenio-Manzoni. Walk ahead at the crossroads turn right onto Viale Manzoni. After a few meters take a left onto Via Luzzatti where we are at number 21. By public transport take Underground line A in direction of Anagnina and get off at Manzoni stop.
From there follow Via Manzoni until its end and you will reach Via Giolitti. Turn right in total 400m on foot.
