Location
The new hotel is located in Sophienstrasse in the heart of the city; close to the historic square of Koenigsplatz, the picturesque old town with its neo-gothic town hall, the main shopping area and the Botanischer Garten (Botanical Garden). Only a few minutes walk from the main train station and Karlsplatz (Stachus). The hotel is the focal point within the recently renovated Old Botanical Garden development, which also includes luxury apartments and offices.

Property Description
All rooms are bright and very spacious, with views over the Old Botanical Garden, the breathtaking Bavarian Alps as well as historical monuments of the city. All rooms have sound proof doors and windows, high speed internet access, large bathrooms with limestone vanity tops, original Nymphenburger porcelain together with a separate shower unit. The Presidential suite can be connected with two additional suites in order to give guests exclusive use of the entire floor. The restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine and can seat 130 guests, it extends onto a large terrace with a beautiful view over the Old Botanical Garden. One of the Hotel's two bars is located within the restaurant area. A separate dining room offers a more intimate atmosphere. Exclusivity and Luxury are the main characteristics of the Spa. The 15 meter indoor swimming pool is the largest hotel pool in Munich, and the fitness area offers a wide range of state of the art exercise equipment. The spa has 5 treatment rooms, a manicure and pedicure area and also includes a sauna, steam bath as well as a relaxation area. Plenty of space for guests to indulge themselves or simply unwind. The hotel has 7 conference rooms, and can accommodate up to 60 people. The meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and many feature natural daylight. Get off the train at Munich's main station (Hauptbahnhof), leave the platform go through the main station exit. Turn left and walk approximately 300 metres, the hotel is directly in front of you. The Lufthansa shuttle bus leaves from both terminals at Munich airport every 20 to 30 minutes. The charge is approximately 10 Euros per person, one way. The bus goes directly to the main train station. Leave the bus, and turn around so that the station?s main exit is behind you. Then turn left and walk approximately 300 metres, the hotel is directly in front of you.
