- Cancel Policy: During High Season (2/1-4/15, 11/22-11/26 and 12/22-1/1) cxl 14 days prior to arrival date to avoid forfeiture of deposit. During Value and Summer Season cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival date to avoid forfeiture of deposit.
- Guarantee Policy: 1 night deposit on credit card during summer and value seasons: 5/25 to 11/24 and 11/29 to 12/23. 50% of entire stay on credit card during winter and holiday seasons: 5/22 to 5/24, 11/25 to 11/28, and 12/24 to 1/2.
