·From: North Follow Interstate 45 or Interstate 59 South. From Interstate 45 connect or Interstate 59 South. From Interstate 45 connect to Interstate 59 South near downtown Houston. Follow Interstate 59 to Highway 288 South. Exit 288 South at McGregor Street. Take a right on McGregor and follow it to Main Street. Take a left on Main. Follow Main one mile to the Best Western Plaza Hotel and Suites Medical Center will be on the right. ·From: South Follow Interstate 45 North to the south loop of Interstate 610. Go west on the south loop of Interstate 610. Follow Interstate 610 to Main street exit. Go right on Main Street. Follow Main Street two miles until you pass Holcombe.
