From Messina take the A18 MESSINA/CATANIA motorway direction CATANIA, exit Taormina. Afterthe tollbooth, where the road forks, keep left for TAORMINA. Follow this winding uphill road, keeping inthe right lane. Approaching the town centre, it narrows and becomes very steep. Keep right at fork inVia San Pancrazio and continue uphill. At the top of this road you will see an archway leading to atraffic free Corso directly in front. When you arrive at Porta Messina Archway turn right, going uphill,then turn immediately left, where you will find a limited access sign but please, do not worry and go onas Grand Hotel Timeo guests are allowed to enter with no time limit. At the end of the road, where itforks, please keep the left and follow the signs for Grand Hotel Timeo and Teatro Greco witch aresituated next to each other.
