Hotel Policy
- Cancel Policy: Year-round policy: Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Year-end policy: Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive full refund of deposit. Guests should allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of deposit refunds.
- Guarantee Policy: All reservations require a credit card deposit guarantee at time of booking. No immediate charges will occur. Credit card will be charged a cancellation fee if reservations are not cancelled within the guidelines set forth in the cancellation policy.
