All suites overlook Waikiki Beach and offer spacious lanais. Suites include full kitchens and washers and dryers for the convenience of our guests. Twice daily maid service is - of course - provided.Our concierge is ready to arrange all sightseeing and recreational activities or to reserve a special dinner out at one of Waikiki's many fine restaurants. Or if guests prefer they can order a meal from room service or have the concierge arrange for a special catered meal.The hotel's recreation deck offers a heated outdoor swimming pool - jet spa - and billiards area.The ResortQuest Waikiki Beach Tower - intimate - elegant - perfect. *** HAWAII*S NON-SMOKING LAW ***In the interest of the good health of all our guests,employees and owners, and in compliance with the StateLaw Act 295, ALL ResortQuest Hawaii hotels and condominiumunits managed by ResortQuest Hawaii are now designatedas Non-Smoking Accommodations effective immediately. ***Property Enhancements*** Refurbishment work on suites is ongoing. The entire projectis scheduled to be completed in 2008. Chipping noise will occur on the following dates- Sept. 10-13/07 - Sept. 17-21/07 - Sept. 25-28/07 and Oct. 3/07 To minimize the impact to our guests the work creating the noise will only be done from 10am to 4pm when most guests are out of their suites. There will also be water shutdowns from 12pm to 4pm during the following days- Sept. 20/07 - Sept. 27/07 and Oct. 2/07 During the water shutdowns complimentary bottles of water will be delivered to guests suites. In addition all guests staying through these periods will receive complimentary round-trip trolley tickets on Enoa Toursto the Ala Moana Shopping Center. The tickets are good for up to four people.

From the airport, exit terminal and access H-1 Freeway east, exit freeway via Nimitz Hwy and follow Waikiki directional signs, Nimitz Hwy transitions to Ala Moana Blvd midpoint on your drive as you pass the Port of Honolulu on your right and the Honolulu Business district on your left, Ala Moana Blvd merges with Kalakaua Ave at the southwest entrance to Waikiki, proceed onto Kalakaua Ave and turn left onto Liliuokalani Ave. The property entrance is on the left immediately after McDonald's. The hotel address is 2470 Kalakaua Ave.

Hotel Policy
- Cancel Policy: Year-round policy: Must cancel 7 days prior to arrival. Year-end policy: Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive full refund of deposit. Guests should allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of deposit refunds.
- Guarantee Policy: All reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking. Deposit equals 1 or 2 nights accommodation plus tax depending on time of year. Low Season - 1 night plus tax. High Season and Holiday Period - 2 nights plus tax.
