- Cancel Policy: Reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to 2.00PM on day of arrival for full refund of deposit or so that guest credit card is not charged for 1 night. 15 to 3 days prior: deposit kept for 1 year. 3 days to 24h: 100% dep. kept. 24h or no show: 1 night
- Guarantee Policy: All reservations have to be guaranteed at time of booking by credit card. Deposit accepted for guarantee. 30% of the reservation is charged to credit card at booking for deposit for reservaion of 2 nights.
